1. Online Orders and Delivery

1. All deliveries are managed by third-party service providers. We do not take responsibility for any delays or issues that may arise during the delivery process.

2. Orders will be delivered within 2 hours. Estimated delivery times provided at the time of ordering are only estimates and not guarantees.

2. Table Booking Policy

1. Your table booking will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from the reserved time. After this period, the reservation may be released to other customers.

2. We recommend arriving on time to ensure your table is available.

3. Payment

Payments for online orders and bookings must be made at the time of placing the order or reservation. All transactions are processed securely.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations of orders or bookings must be made at least (2 hours for orders & 4 hours for table booking) in advance to be eligible for a refund. Refund will be done within 48 hours.

5. Liability

Haven Sampoorna is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the actions of third-party delivery providers.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Please review them periodically to stay informed of any updates.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
